Improved analysis of the outage performance in cellular systems

The approach is based on a new analysis which allows to take into account the assignment of a mobile to the most favorable cell site, instead of the closest one. Other features, such as power control and diversity, are included, and the sensitivity of the performance to the fading parameter is studied.
